I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience providing relational, Emotionally Focused Therapy with individuals, couples, families and groups.

I earned my Bachelors of Science Degree (BS) in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine and my Masters in Social Work (MSW) with a Mental Health Concentration from the University of California, Los Angeles.

I began my social work career as a psychotherapist at Women Helping Women - Community Counseling & Support Services, a program of NCJW/LA. In my tenure at NCJW/LA, I supported individuals, couples and families to address a variety of clinical needs including: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting concerns, life transitions, sexual assault, childhood trauma, sexuality, gender identity, and grief and loss. I also facilitated several Women’s Empowerment support groups where I supported clients to develop skills to increase their self-esteem, practice self-care and improve interpersonal relationships. Finally, I provided clinical supervision and training to masters-level social work interns.

After earning my license in Clinical Social Work, I pursued advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFT believes that relationships are at the core of human experience, and that having emotionally fulfilling relationships is essential to wellness. In my practice, I strive to create a warm, safe environment for you to share your experiences in order to help you heal and repair relational injuries and strengthen your relationships with self and others.

I consider it an enormous privilege to do this work, to support people during moments of suffering and to witness the remarkable resilience of the human spirit. I would be honored to be a part of your journey of exploration, healing and growth.
